Interventions

Upon entry all Year 7 pupils are assessed in English & Maths using standardised assessments, this helps us to identify those pupils who need additional support with their literacy or numeracy skills. These pupils are then taught using highly specialised and tailored interventions, which not only boosts their confidence and ability in these core areas, but provides an excellent foundation for learning across the wider curriculum.
